The following was reported by the Muslim ascetic and scholar Abdullah Ibn al Mubarak (734-797 CE).

Jesus addressed his followers the night he was raised to heaven, saying: “Do not make your living from teaching the Book of God. If you refrain from doing so, God will seat you upon pulpits a single stone of which is better than the world and all that is therein.” And al-Jabbar said, “These are the seats mentioned by God in the Qur’an: ‘Upon a seat of truth with a mighty king.'”
