It happened once upon a time that the Khalifa Haroun al Rashid went hunting with his courtiers, and for some reason that no one understood, Bhalool the crazy was included in their party.

As they wandered through the wilderness, the hunters came upon a deer. Haroun drew his bow and shot an arrow at it. The arrow missed the deer.

“Well done!” Bahlool called.

“Well done, you say? Are you mocking me, Bahlool?” the Khalifa demanded furiously.

“Certainly not,” said Bahlool. “I am congratulating the deer for avoiding death.”
