July 5th is a day to celebrate, for it is the birthday of Hazrat Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan. He was born on this day in 1882 in Baroda, in a small room on the upper storey of the extended home of his grandfather, Maulbakhsh.
The Inner Call has paid homage to this day in other years, here and here. This year we would like to offer an assembly of pictures and thoughts lovingly put together by Hamida Verlinden, from her extensive knowledge of our historical materials.
